Medelen provides a platform for users to rent and lend physical therapy equipment. We do not own, sell, resell, furnish, provide, repair, or manage any equipment listed on our platform.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activity under your account.
  • You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
  • You must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of Medelen, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about yourself and any equipment you list.
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information.
  • Ensure that any equipment you list is in good working condition and suitable for its intended use.
  • Communicate honestly and promptly with other users regarding rentals.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Using the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any law.
  • Harassing, abusing, or harming another person.
  • Impersonating another user or person.
  • Posting false or misleading information about equipment.
  • Attempting to circumvent any security features of the service.

6. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content (excluding user-provided content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Medelen and its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Medelen, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the service.

9. Disclaimer

Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
